Sonnet® Cantebury golding c.v. Hop Profile
Sonnet® hops are the famous English Kent Golding variety, but grown in Oregon, USA. Sonnet caries some of the same floral and herbal elements as EKG, but this American-grown lot presents with brighter citrus and a beautiful floral note of honeysuckle. Sonnet hops work well in classic English styles and lagers, but also fits perfectly in new twists on those styles.
