Styrian Golding Celeia, sometimes referred to as Celeia, is a Slovenian hop variety prized for its subtle citrus and herbal character. Celeia is a triploid hybrid resulting from a cross of the historic Savinjski Golding and the experimental cross 105/58 c.v. that is a descendant of Aurora (also known as Super Styrian) and a Slovenian wild hop. Styrian Golding Celeia is perfect for classic European style ales, lagers, and pilsners that require a hop with Noble characteristics.
